本周日 (3/1) 春節聯歡的potluck (12:30 PM~1:30 PM)，請準備一道素食(約10人份)與大家分享，午餐過後，一起參與剪紙、摺紙、白羊/黑羊過橋等應景節目/遊戲，歡度新年。

For the Chinese New Year Celebration potluck (12:30 PM ~ 1: 30 PM) this Sunday, we encourage each family bring a vegetarian dish (for about 10 people) to share.   After the lunch, students can enjoy New Year themed games including paper cutting, origami, and other games.  Thank you for your support.

TCAB Chinese New Year Celebration postponed to 3/1 12:30-3:00 PM

Dear Parents/Teachers/Staff:

 

Due to significant concerns of JGMS about the weight of the snow on their roof, JGMS decides to close down their school on 2/21-2/22 for roof snow removal to ensure student safety.   As a result, our New Year Celebration has to postpone to 3/1 after school from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.   The Celebration lunch will begin from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.   The game booths will begin right after lunch while the scheduled performance will be postpone further to Mother Day Celebration.    We apology for the sudden change of schedule and ask for your understanding and support.

由於擔憂屋頂積雪的重量，JGMS決定2/21-2/22關閉學校除雪，以確保學生安全。因此我們的新年慶祝活動必須推遲到3/1下午12:30-3:00。慶祝午餐從下午12:30至1:30。遊戲節目將於午餐後開始 (1:30-3:00 PM)，而表演節目將推遲到母親節慶祝活動。我們對時間表的突然變化深感抱歉。感謝大家的配合。

Location Change of TCAB New Year Celebration

Dear Parents:

Due to recent inclemently weather, the safety and logistics become a serious concern for Tzu Chi Boston office to hold any large event. zu Chi Boston and Academy have decided to make the following changes to the two New Year Events to address those concerns.

1. The Tzu Chi Academy Boston New Year Celebration on 2/22 will be moved to JGMS cafeteria.    Parents are encouraged to bring a veg dish (for 10) for the celebration lunch. 
2. The Tzu Chi Boston New Year event on 2/28 is postponed to 3/28.   The location remains to be Tzu Chi office at Newton.

人文學校春節聯歡會更改地點

由於近日暴風雪頻頻肆虐大波士頓地區，造成許多交通上的不便，加上慈濟會所與附近停車場空間不敷使用; 為考量各位志工與來訪大德的安全，慈濟基金會波士頓聯絡處及人文學校近期以下活動將做相應調整:

1. 原訂於二月二十二日(星期日)在波士頓會所舉辦的「人文學校春節聯歡會」，將更改地點為波士頓慈濟人文學校(JGMS, 99 McMahon Rd, Bedford, MA, 01730)，時間仍為上午九時三十分至下午一時正。

2. 原訂於二月二十八日(星期六)在會所舉辦的「社區新春祈福感恩會」，將延期至三月二十八日(星期六)下午二時三十分至五時舉行。建議當天下午二時左右即可開始入場，二時三十分法會節目正式開始，節目內容包括問心樂曲表演、2014全球與波士頓慈濟大藏經、靜思 淨斯經藏演繹、知音回饋分享、 證嚴法師祝福影片、燈燈相續共同祈禱、福慧紅包與結緣品分享，會後並提供健康素茶點以饗來賓。
